If you are not watching Flight of the Conchords, currently showing on HBO then I suggest you get your paws on a copy as soon as possible, by whatever means necessary. The show is about two New Zealanders making their way in New York City. It’s a bit off the wall for US TV (in fact has a very British feel to it) but it’s very funny and their songs are brilliant.

They went through all the traditional paths for success in the UK (Edinburgh Festival, radio comedy and adverts), but got snapped up by HBO in the US before British TV exects saw their full potential.
